I’m having a particular problem with my shuffle, it all stated after the installation of itunes 7 for WINDOWS and for what I’ve read on apple forum many shuffle owners are going trough the same. It’s the error 1418 when they try to restore their ipods… It’s seem to much of a casualty that all of our ipods shuffle have the same error at the same time (post realize itunes 7). Of the three ipods I have, only the shuffle was sync with my windows machine and itunes 7 and then it died or something like that… the other ipods are safe on the mac kingdom. Apple has to do something about this one. I have been a loyal apple costumer, but this lack of response it’s starting to disturb me.
